SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING
All orders are sent out at the earliest opportunity but this is not always possible due to work commitments or personal reasons. If Jon Allen is away for a length of time or there is another reason he is unable to send out your order within a few days of receiving it, you will be contacted.
It is recommended that customers use a recorded or tracked postal service on any order. For orders over 1.5kg, your order will only be sent out by tracked/recorded delivery which offers peace of mind to both parties.

Should any non-tracked item/s be lost in transit and replacement/s requested, a nominal charge will be made depending on the price of the total order plus tracked postage for the replacement item/s.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Jon Allen is not responsible for any customs fees incurred from imported items to your country. Packages sent via International Tracked/Recorded may not be tracked once they reach another country and Jon Allen cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

REFUND POLICY
When you purchase any product from this website you are buying a secret as well as, in most cases, a prop. Only items bought from this website that are faulty or damaged will be exchanged and not for any other reason (Faulty items should be reported to Jon Allen no later than 5 days after you have received your item). In the case of faulty items being returned, upon receipt of the item, you will be issued with a straight swap for another unit of the same product that will be checked for faults before dispatch. If you receive a faulty DVD, this will be exchanged for a working copy of the same title. The book ‘Experience – The Magic of Jon Allen’ cannot be returned.

If you would like to return an item then please email jonallen@Close-upMagician.com in the first instance explaining your reasons for wanting to do so. Returns will only be accepted once agreed through correspondence with Jon Allen. He reserves the right to refuse an exchange if he deems that a product is damaged through extensive use or mis-handling, as opposed to a manufacturing defect. In extreme cases where a duplicate exchange may not be possible, a full refund will be given.

Only faulty items are eligible for return and Jon Allen reserves the right to refuse the return on any other grounds. Any item returned to Jon Allen with no correspondence or agreement prior to Jon Allen taking receipt of the return will be kept by Jon Allen with no refund or exchange given.
In some cases, a damaged item may not need to be returned in which case you may keep the item.
